Seaport Next-Generation (SeaPort-NxG) Contract Task Order at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD)
King of Prussia, PA – April 13, 2021 – TDI Technologies, Inc., an R&D, engineering, and cybersecurity company, today announced that they have been awarded a Seaport-NxG contract task order at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).
The tasking entails modernization-engineering, life-cycle, and in-service engineering support on Machinery Control Systems for DDG 51 Class ships. The work to be performed includes all activities, such as systems engineering, software development, testing, equipment harvesting and installation for ship construction, upgrading the cybersecurity features of the existing and future control system variants, troubleshooting control systems hardware and software issues at the Land Based Engineering Site (LBES) or Test Facilities in Philadelphia, PA, as well as sustainment and fleet modernization efforts around the world. Work is expected to begin in early May.
